Johan Landman is the CEO of Alpha Plumbing and a Red Seal-qualified, PIRB-registered plumber with more than 30 years of experience. He learned his craft from his father, a civil engineer, and has carried that family tradition forward into a business now entering its third generation with his son Stefan.

A former lieutenant in the South African Army, Johan brings discipline and an uncompromising focus on quality to every aspect of the company. He is known for mentoring apprentices personally, ensuring that training comes “straight from the top” and that every plumber at Alpha meets PIRB and IOPSA standards.

Customers often remark on his direct involvement and the pride he takes in developing his teams. For Johan, shortcuts aren’t an option – professionalism, compliance and doing right by both staff and customers always come first.
